Dreaming. Achieving. Sustaining. The OLCA Computer Literacy Outreach Program has been among the strongest links between OLCA and TNHS (Taal National High School) and selected public elementary schools in Taal District in terms of resources sharing with the adopted communities. In the last ten years, this has produced graduates from TNHS equipped with basic knowledge and skills in computer applications which they could use either for employment or for their college education as well as public elementary pupils gaining rudimentary computer skills which are deemed essential for high school education. Furthermore, OLCAns assigned to coach and train their brothers and sisters from TNHS and public elementary schools gained not only mastery of computer skills but more importantly, skills in handling peer learners backed by their competence in conducting non-formal education with Computer teachers and Computer Club moderators as supportive and effective supervisors.
